As a person centred counsellor I offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental space in which to explore the reasons that have brought you into counselling. I believe passionately in the person centred approach which at its core believes that within each and every one of us there are the resources to grow, change and reach our full potential. As a person centred counsellor I place great importance on the client/counsellor relationship and that by being alongside the client in a supportive and honest role the client will have the opportunity to find their own way in a safe and trusting environment. I believe in a collaborative, equal relationship. I have been a person centred counsellor since 2010 and have worked all over Perthshire. I have a Diploma in Counselling from Strathclyde University. I practice from Glenalmond and Perth.
